A home and car were broken into earlier this month in DeKalb County.

About 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, police responded to a daytime burglary at a home in the 34000 block of Genoa Road, according to a statement from DeKalb County Crime Stoppers. The homeowner stated someone broke in to the home and stole cash and CDs.

On Nov. 7, cash was taken in a car burglary that was reported outside of Suburban Apartments near 1400 Twombly Rd., authorities said.
