A man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the Northwest Side Logan Square neighborhood.

The 70-year-old was shot in the right side about 12:35 p.m. in a parking lot in the 3300 block of West North Avenue, according to Chicago Police.

The man got into an argument with the shooter, described as a balding, black male, who left the lot in a white sedan, police said.

The man who was shot was taken to Stroger Hospital in “stable but guarded condition,” police said.
