A bullet grazed a 29-year-old man’s head while he sat in the passenger seat of a van Tuesday night on the Near West Side.

Someone in a dark-colored car opened fire on him about 9:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of West Adams, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
