A 61-year-old man with a mental condition who went missing almost three months ago from the Uptown neighborhood on the North Side has been found.

Jesus Ortiz went missing Sept. 14 from the 4500 block of North Sheridan Road, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. He was last seen leaving his home wearing tan shorts, but no shirt or shoes.

Police said Saturday that Ortiz was found.
