An 83-year-old woman reported missing from Northbrook was found dead Monday night in the northern suburb.

Olga M. Villarreal, who suffered from dementia, went missing Monday morning from her home in the 500 block of Anthony Trail, according to a statement from the Village of Northbrook.

She was found in the 300 block of Pfingsten Road in Northbrook, and pronounced dead at the scene at 4:29 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Officials said no foul play was suspected. An autopsy Tuesday found she died of heart disease. Dementia and diabetes were listed as secondary causes.

“The Northbrook police appreciate your assistance and concern. On behalf of the Village of Northbrook, our thoughts and prayers are with the family,” the statement said.
