Chicago Police are warning of thefts from vehicles in the Marshfield Plaza shopping center in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side.

At least three cars have been broken into with a pry tool while shoppers are inside stores, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

All three thefts occurred between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Marshfield Plaza at 11730 S. Marshfield Ave., police said. One car was broken into Feb. 6 and two cars were broken into Feb. 11.
