SHARE Man shot in Humboldt Park walks into hospital

A man who was shot Monday afternoon in the Humboldt Park neighborhood later walked into a West Side hospital.

The 23-year-old was shot in the left thigh in the 900 block of North Drake at 12:38 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.
