Man shot in Chicago Lawn

A man was shot Tuesday in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

At 6:36 p.m., the 34-year-old man was in the 6200 block of South Troy Street when a dark-colored SUV pulled up and someone inside fired shots, Chicago Police said. He was shot in the abdomen and left hand.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, police said.
