A 38-year-old man from northwest suburban Carol Stream has been charged with four counts of child pornography possession.

Authorities raided Denis J. Kornichuk’s home in the 400 block of Timber Ridge Drive in Carol Stream, according to Glendale Heights police, who helped execute the search warrant Friday morning.

Investigators seized his computer, which had “numerous” files of child pornography, police said.Kornichuk wasn’t home at the time of the search but was arrested later in the day.

Hewas ordered held on a $15,000 bond, according to the DuPage County sheriff’s office.
