SHARE 77-year-old man shot while driving in Englewood

A 77-year-old man was shot as he was driving through the South Side Englewood neighborhood Tuesday night.

The man was driving in the 7200 block of South Morgan about 8:30 p.m. when he heard shots ring out and felt pain, police said. He was shot in the knee.

He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
