A 23-year-old man was shot twice in an Englewood drive-by attack Sunday afternoon on the South Side.

He was walking in the 5900 block of South Normal about 2:40 p.m. when someone opened fired from a passing vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

The man was struck in the hand and shoulder. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.

Investigators think the attack was gang-related.
