Two men were shot in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side Saturday night.

The men, ages 23 and 24, were standing  about 7:10 p.m. in the 8000 block of South Stewart when someone in a passing dark vehicle fired shots, striking them both, according to Chicago Police.

The men each suffered leg wounds and taken to Stroger Hospital, where their conditions stabilized, police said.
