A man was shot Monday night while riding a bicycle in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The 30-year-old man was riding his bicycle in the 900 block of West 72nd Street about 6 p.m. when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the right leg and was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
