A 30-year-old northwest suburban man has been charged with a pair of sexual assaults near Des Plaines.

LaMarcus Anderson faces two counts of criminal sexual assault for the July 3 and Nov. 3 attacks near his home in the 8800 block of Carleah Street in unincorporated Maine Township, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office.

Anderson was identified by the victims but wasn’t charged until DNA evidence linked him to the crimes, sheriff’s police said.

He was arrested Monday and ordered held on a $200,000 bond. His next court date is March. 14.
