Here’s one way to prove you’re the biggest Cubs fan around.
As part of a fundraiser benefitting area nonprofit “Girls in the Game,” Cubs play-by-play announcer Len Kasper is auctioning off a custom voicemail message to the highest bidder.
Here’s a similar message done by ESPN Radio personality Mike Greenberg:
Kasper has been the voice of the Cubs since 2005 and has been behind the microphone for many memorable calls, including Carlos Zambrano’s no-hitter in 2008 and Kris Bryant’s first walk-off home run last season.
Bidding, which is currently at $45, closes Thursday at 8:30 p.m.
