Pau Gasol recorded his first triple double as a Bull Saturday.

Three days after missing his first triple-double as a Bull by one assist, Pau Gasol reached the elusive benchmark Saturday night against Portland.

Gasol had 15 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds before the end of the third quarter – recording his first triple-double since April of 2013 and the ninth of his NBA career.

He had 10 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists while battling flu-like systems during Wednesday’s win over Washington.

Six of Gasol’s triple-doubles game during his time with the Lakers and two while with Memphis.

He’s the first Bulls players to record one this season, but he still has a long way to go to catch Michael Jordan in the record books. Jordan ranks 10th all time in NBA history and first in Bulls history with 28 career triple doubles.

Portland leads Chicago 79-73 after three quarters.
