Police are warning residents of home burglaries in the last week in the Wicker Park and West Town neighborhoods on the West Side.

The burglaries occurred:

  • at 3 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 1000 block of North Winchester Avenue;
  • at 4 p.m. Feb. 22 in the 1000 block of North Oakley Boulevard; and
  • at 4 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 2000 block of West Division Street.

The suspect or suspects entered the homes through an unlocked door or by force and took items, police said.
