A woman was stabbed to death Thursday morning in the Pilsen neighborhood on the South Side.

Maria Ramos, 34, was stabbed in the head in the 1700 block of West Cermak at 8:23 a.m.,according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.The address is listed online as the Cermak Fresh Market.

Ramoswas pronounced dead at the scene at 8:50 a.m., authorities said. She lived in the 2000 block of West Cullerton.

Police believe the attack was domestic-related, but didn’t provide additional details.
