The Bulls are also without All-Star swingman Jimmy Butler, who stayed back in Chicago while resting his strained left knee.
In addition, Nikola Mirotic is still out while recovering from a hematoma removal and an emergency appendectomy and Joakim Noah is expected to miss the remainder of the season after undergoing shoulder surgery last month.
All the injuries leave coach Fred Hoiberg with a starting lineup that even Michael Jordan couldn’t save.
