A man was wounded in a shooting early Wednesday in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side.

The 20-year-old was sitting in a vehicle in the 2300 block of West Arthur about 2 a.m. when three males walked up and one of them pulled out a handgun and opened fire, police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said.

The man walked into Presence St. Francis Hospital in Evanston with gunshot wounds to the lower left leg and shoulder, Gaines said. His condition was stabilized.
