A woman robbed a bank Tuesday morning in the Streeterville neighborhood on the Near North Side.

She walked into the BMO Harris Bank branch at 352 E. Illinois at 9:12 a.m. and demanded money from the teller, according to Chicago Police and the FBI. She took off with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white woman in her 30s or 40,s between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10, authorities said. She was wearing a gray winter coat with fur-lined hood, black scarf and black sunglasses.

No weapon was shown and no one was hurt in the robbery.
