A man was shot Thursday evening while driving in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 32-year-old was driving in the 1200 block of North Campbell about 6:45 p.m. when someone walking nearby opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the arm and shoulder and drove to the 2400 block of West Division, where his vehicle crashed into a parked car, police said.

Paramedics were called and the man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
