Man shot in Auburn Gresham

A man was shot in the buttocks Friday in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

The 19-year-old man was shot at 5:09 p.m. in the 8800 block of South Wood Street, according to the Chicago Police.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
