The friends of a northwest Indiana man who was shot to death in December in Gary are offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of  the person who killed him.Dwayne Momon, Sr., was fatally shot in his apartment about 8 p.m. Dec. 7, 2015, in the 3500 block of Washington Street, according to Gary police.Momon’s friends are offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect, police said.Anyone with information should call the Lake County Metro Homicide Unit at (219) 755-3855 or the Crime Tip Line at 866-CRIME-GP.
