A 21-year-old man was wounded in an East Garfield Park drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon on the West Side.

About 4 p.m., he was outside in the 2700 block of West Flournoy when someone opened fire from a black Ford Mustang, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the right shoulder and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in fair condition, police said.

Investigators think the shooting was gang-related.
