A man was shot in the Roseland neighborhood on the South Side early Friday.

The 32-year-old was shot in the leg at 1:37 a.m. in the 9500 block of South La Salle, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized, police said.
