A man was shot Wednesday in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

The 27-year-old man was walking in the 4100 block of West North Avenue at 3:09 p.m. when the suspect got out of a vehicle, fired shots and then ran back to the vehicle, police said.

The man suffered a graze wound to the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition, police said.
