A 19-year-old man was shot in the West Pullman neighborhood Monday afternoon on the Far South Side.

The man was walking down the street at 1:45 p.m. in the 12000 block of South Eggleston when a light-colored four-door car pulled up and three occupants got out. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered a gunshot wound to the right hip and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
