Four men were shot Friday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The four men were in a vehicle at 12:55 p.m. in the 4600 block of West End Avenue when another vehicle pulled up and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

A 21-year-old man who was shot in the arm and hand was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said. A 22-year-old man suffering from a “minor” gunshot wound to the head was also taken to Mount Sinai, where his condition was stabilized.

Another 21-year-old man suffering a gunshot wound to the leg and a 20-year-old man shot in the torso were taken to Stroger Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized.

A police source said the shooting was possibly gang-related.
