A man was shot Friday night in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 25-year-old was driving in the 2600 block of West 50th Street about 9:30 p.m. when someone on the street shot him in the back and shoulder, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
