Man, 23, shot, wounded in Englewood

A 23-year-old man was shot in both legs Saturday afternoon in Englewood, the police said.

It happened around 2 p.m. in the 6900 block of South Normal, according to the police, who said, the man was able to walk to to St. Bernard Hospital, where he was in fair condition.
