Man shot in West Pullman

A man was shot early Tuesday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 27-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the head and walked into Roseland Community Hospital about 4:50 a.m., according to Chicago Police.

He told investigators he was shot in the 11500 block of South State Street, police said. The man was transferred in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
