A man was wounded in a shooting early Thursday in the Little Village neighborhood on the West Side.

The 26-year-old man was shot in the upper left chest and arm about 6:15 a.m. in the 2400 block of South St. Louis Avenue, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
