A 16-year-old girl who has been missing from the South Side Grand Boulevard neighborhood for nearly six months has been found.

Khayylie Collins was last seen Sept. 20, 2015, in the 4800 block of South Vincennes, according to an alert from Chicago Police.

She has since been “safely located,” police announced Friday afternoon.
