Police are searching for a 25-year-old man who suffers from depression and was reported missing from his home in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Sean Sullivan left his home in the 3300 block of West Chicago Avenue at 6 a.m. Friday and did not return, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Sullivan is described as a 5-foot-9, 175-pound white man with black hair, blue eyes and a light complexion, police said. He suffers from depression and has suicidal tendencies.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Area North Special Victims Unit at (312) 744-8261.
