Police have located a 25-year-old man who suffers from depression and was reported missing a few days earlier from his home in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Sean Sullivan left his home in the 3300 block of West Chicago Avenue at 6 a.m. Friday and did not return, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Sullivan was located Monday, but did not provide further details.
