An 18-year-old man was shot while walking in the Austin neighborhood Monday night.

The man was in the 5500 block of West Congress about 9:40 p.m. when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

He took himself to Loretto Hospital, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound to his right foot, police said.
