A 32-year-old man was shot early Wednesday in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

He was shot in the abdomen and foot about 12:40 a.m. in the 900 block of North Drake, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

He later showed up at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center and was then transferred to Stroger Hospital, police said. His condition was not immediately known.

A police source said he is a documented gang member and was not cooperating with investigators.
