A 37-year-old man with a cognitive disability has been reported missing from the South Side Chatham neighborhood.

Maurice Thompson, who is non-verbal, was last seen Wednesday in the 7900 block of South Stewart, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

He is described as 5-foot-8, 140 pound black man with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a navy blue Chicago Bears hooded sweatshirt, black T-shirt and red pants.
