A 15-year-old girl missing for nearly a week from the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the the Northwest Side has been found safe.

Myra Perez was last seen about 1 a.m. May 3 in the 2700 block of North Laramie, according to a missing person alert issued by police Monday afternoon.

On Thursday afternoon, police said Myra had been found and reunited with her family.
