A 26-year-old man was shot Friday afternoon in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

He told investigators he was shot just after 4 p.m. in the 7600 block of South Ingleside near Grand Crossing Park, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself University of Chicago Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg, police said. He was listed in good condition.
