78-year-old woman with memory loss missing from Humboldt Park

Police are searching for a 78-year-old woman with memory loss who has been reported missing from Humboldt Park.

Herma Smith, of the 500 block of North Kedzie Avenue, was last heard from on Tuesday, according to a missing person alert from the police.
