A 52-year-old man reported missing from the South Shore neighborhood Friday afternoon has been found safe.

Cary Abeyta was reported missing from the 7300 block of South Exhange Place, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. He was last seen in the 8000 block of South Crandon Avenue.

Police announced Sunday that Abeyta had been found safe.
