A man was shot Tuesday afternoon in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened at 1:43 p.m. in the 3100 block of West Polk, according to Chicago Police.

The 21-year-old man was shot in the arm and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said. Additional details weren’t immediately available.
