A 12-year-old girl who was missing for more than two weeks from the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side has been found safe.

Raziyah Hammond, who also goes by Ro-Ro, was last seen May 3 in the 7000 block of South Claremont, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Wednesday morning that Raziyah has been found safe.
