Four students suffered minor injuries when a vehicle crashed into a school bus Monday afternoon in the Bridgeport neighborhood on the South Side.

The bus and a passenger vehicle were southbound in the 3500 block of South Wentworth when the vehicle drifted out of its lane and hit the bus, according to Chicago Police.

Four juveniles were taken to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in good condition, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
