A man from Rockford has been reported missing from the downtown area.
Deshaye Brown, 24, was last seen Sunday in the area of 151 E. Wacker, according to a missing person alert issued by Area Central detectives.
Brown — who police said “may be mentally confused” — was described as a black man, standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 165 pounds, police said. He has brown eyes, dark hair and a medium complexion.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt and white tennis shoes, police said.
