Two men shot in Dunning

Two men were shot early Sunday in the Northwest Side Dunning neighborhood.

The men, ages 24 and 29, were walking in the 6000 block of West Addison about 1 a.m. when they heard shots and realized they’d been hit, according to Chicago Police.

The 24-year-old was shot in the left hand and walked into Community First Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said. The older man was shot in the groin and walked into Community First Hospital in serious condition. He was later transferred to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
