Woman shot in Humboldt Park

A woman was shot early Sunday in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

About 1:10 a.m., the 23-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and walked into Norwegian American Hospital, according to Chicago Police. Her condition was stabilized.

She told investigators the shooting happened in the 2700 block of West Augusta, police said. Additional information was not immediately available.
