It looks like Doc and Marty were in attendance last night at Wrigley as the Cubs moved one game closer to fulfilling the World Series prophecy from “Back to the Future Part II.”

The picture is taken from behind, but we would recognize that vest and hairdo anywhere:

The 1989 film predicted that the Cubs would win the 2015 World Series in a four-game sweep.

Before last week’s NL wild-card game against Pittsburgh, a DeLorean time machine replica was spotted outside Wrigley Field decked out in Cubs gear.

Earlier this year, the Volo Auto museum said it will give away a DeLorean time machine lookalike if the Cubs end their 106-year drought and win the 2015 World Series.

There’s a ‘Back to the Future’ DeLorean parked outside Wrigley Chicago can take a big step toward that goal today. A Game 4 win over St. Louis in the NLDS would advance the Cubs to the NL Championship Series for the first time since 2003.
